How To Make Smoothies?

A smoothie is a sweetened beverage of fruits or vegetables that is usually blended and chilled. So the first thing that you should have in order to make one, is either a fruit or a vegetable of your choice. You need to have ice cubes or crushed ice to make it frozen. You also need to have a blender to mix together all the ingredients but if it is not available you can make use of a shaker instead. You just need to do a lot of shaking to get the perfect blend if that is going to be the case.

On the shaker or blender, you put in either a fruit or vegetable, add 12-16 oz of your liquid (it can be yogurt or ice cream), plunge the ice cubes or crushed iced in (pouring in four to six cubes of ice should be sufficient enough), turn the blender on (or do the shaking if a blender is unavailable.

After some time, and the concoction is chilled enough to be served, you can put in a large glass. Put some sugar or honey if you want to have a more commercial taste but if you are concerned of your fitness and might be on a diet such as Cold Air Weight Loss, then you can have an artificial sweetener to replace a more fattening ingredient and make your drink less heavy on the stomach.

In just a matter of a few steps, you can have a delicious smoothie of your choice. You can also add some alcohol if you want to add a little twist on it but make sure to get the right ratio of ingredients so you won’t mess up with the taste. You can concoct all you want just make sure that you know the basics and then indulge on your smoothie.

I need a good frozen smoothie blender?

I’m willing to spend at most (will be buying via amazon)

seriously! I have never put like a burger or spaghetti in a blender but why does everyone think it tastes worst then eating it normal.

i know what negative calorie means it means you body burns more calories than you take in when you eat it but will it still be that way say if i put celery, cucumber and raspberry’s in a blender

I work for a company that produces food. We frequently have a 20 hour build up of titanium dioxide in our kitchens. Does anyone know of a company or chemicals that can aid in the removal of the titanium dioxide from food contact surfaces using minimal mechanical force?

does anybody know any good blender recipes?

i got a new blender and im really into makin smoothies….but i need some good recipes. i have a really good blender (14 speed) so i can make almost anything in it.

A Margarita Machine That Makes Perfect Margaritas

Let’s face it, making margaritas isn’t exactly hard.

It’s a cocktail that only requires three basic ingredients, although one of these may be swapped out for the liquor of your choice.

The problem when a Margarita is made badly usually stems from the ice used in the glass. If the ice is broken too coarsely, then you are just going to have a lumpy Margarita. If it is crushed too fine then it will melt very quickly and that will water down the cocktail.

For perfect, restaurant quality, margaritas then the Margarita glass will need to be filled with shaved ice. This will result in a beautifully textured cocktail.

This Margarita machine is great for adding the exact amount of shaved ice into a pitcher of cocktail, for the exact amount of drinks you specify. It’s simple to use, just add ice into the hopper on top of the unit, dial in the number of drinks you require and away you go.

All you need to do is pour into a suitably salted Margarita glass and serve.

So for a great cocktail follow these simple steps:

Into the glass pitcher pour 50% tequila, 30% of any orange liquor you prefer, and then 20% of fresh lime juice. The Mexican key lime, maybe a little too sour for your tastes, if this is the case then use the Persian lime. Actually, the Persian lime is more prevalent in the US anyway.

Set the number of drinks you require on the front of the unit and let it do its thing. In just a few seconds it would have shaved the perfect amount of ice into the pitcher for the exact number of drinks you require.

The picture itself is a non-drip so no mess with this spout, and it’s very easy to clean.

This unit is capable of producing pitchers of great margaritas in seconds, so it’s perfect for bringing out at parties when the last thing you want to be is stuck behind a bar making cocktails for all of your friends.

I am trying to be healthy, so I am thinking of peaches and banana with a handful of spinach.

My blender is not working, but I can use the garbage disposal. I was able to use it one other time to chop tomatoes for salsa that I made for my co-workers. My blender was working at the time, but was not clean.

Any other delicious ideas?
