My baby is 11 months and only has her bottom 2 teeth. I’m looking for some baby cook book ideas b/c I want to make all of her food instead of giving her jarred food. I know I can just mix up what we eat in the blender, but sometimes what we eat is too spicy or wouldnt’ be right for her. Just looking for some recipe ideas.

When using ice and fresh fruit. It seems that everytime hubby makes us a smoothie it’s really frothy. Any suggestions.

Best way to crush ice for drinks?

I’ve had morning sickness and found iced drinks like Slush Puppies really soothing. There used to be a kids toy called Mr Frosty that was similar.

I don’t want anything big, but would like to have something in the kitchen that does the same thing that takes up as little room as possible. I don’t want to pay out for a food processor as I already have one of these but never use it! Any Ideas?

I’m a 21 year old male, 5′ 11”, approximately 180 pounds. I joined a gym about three weeks ago and have had several personal training sessions since that time. I never belonged to a gym before and never had a structured exercise or diet regime. I’m pretty out of shape, but naturally athletic. My goal is to maintain a 175 – 190 pound weight with well defined muscles.

I would like to know if there is any type of product that I can buy that would totally replace regular solid food. I think that I would be able to follow a diet more easily while I’m training if everything were pre-prepared for me or easily made using only a blender. Shakes, smoothies… whatever. Just as long as there is NO GUESSWORK involved in preparing meals. Two scoops of this, six times a day…. that kind of thing.

Please let me know if there is anything out there that would fulfill my requirements in responsible way.
